I Shop at Walmart

Yes, I shop at Walmart. I shop at Walmart for all the staples in my family’s life. Shopping there helps us save money, especially on our grocery bill. Food constitutes a major household expense each month, and I imagine it’s similar in your home. Walmart does indeed cut our day-to-day grocery costs.

Recently, we started using the Walmart Grocery Pickup service. And let me tell you, it’s incredibly convenient and saves both time and money. They notify you when your order is ready, and they can even track when you’re on your way to pick it up — a little ‘Big Brother,’ but that’s okay.

While I’m not an avid coupon clipper and it seems like coupons aren’t as common as they used to be, shopping at Walmart helps save some money. Being strategic about where your dollars go is important.

I also frequent Costco, Lunds & Byerlys, Cub, Aldi, and Trader Joe’s. Each has items we enjoy, but none have become our sole one-stop shop. By the way… Aldi offers excellent German chocolate at a great price.

With a bit of weekly planning, it’s not difficult to trim down your grocery bill and stash away more cash in your pocket.
